Portland Moment

Portland Moment was a former professor at Backlund University's Department of Engineering and a fellow at the Loen Kingdom Imperial Science Institute. He is currently the chancellor of the Backlund University of Technology and Melissa Moretti's teacher. A believer of the Church of the God of Steam and Machinery, he is a Sequence 7 Appraiser of the Paragon Pathway.
