Luke Sammer, or Mr. Sammer, was a manager at the Coim Company and the husband of Stelyn Sammer, the landlord of Unit 15 Minsk Street in Cherwood Borough, Backlund. Unit 15 was rented out to Sherlock Moriarty by his wife, as they lived in the next building, Unit 17. He and Stelyn have twin children, a boy and a girl.
