Description
Lugano Toscano is a bounty hunter who, after the Tree of Shadow incident, contacted Lumian Lee in his Ciel Dubois persona to serve as his "dog," connecting him to the Savoie Mob and helping acquire funds to buy potion ingredients. He managed Ciel Dubois' dancing hall. After the restoration of the Red Priest King of Angels Medici, Lugano followed Ciel to the Feynapotter Kingdom as a translator and as Ludwig's caretaker.
