"Rat" Christo is one of the leaders of the Savoie Mob and the person in charge of its smuggling operations. A married man affiliated with the Church of the God of Steam and Machinery, he keeps a pet named Taffy and is a Beyonder of the Beast Tamer Sequence 8 of the Moon pathway.
