Description
The Blood Vessel Thief is a Grade 2 Sealed Artifact appearing as a thick, stiffened blood vessel, currently in the possession of the Church of the Evernight Goddess. It can steal abilities and let the user wield them for ten minutes, while the victim needs a few days to recover; it drains the user's lifespan. Its abilities correspond to the Sequence 6 of the Error Pathway.
