Primera is a twenty-year-old knight, captain of the Fourth Unit of the Gunjou City Knights and the third daughter of the ducal House of Sanga (her father is Duke Arsas von Sanga). She is assigned — with full authority — to handle a matter in which Tenma becomes involved.
She carries herself formally and pointedly politely, though at times a barely-suppressed irritation shows through the smile. Over the story Primera joins Tenma's circle and ends up among the women who stay close to him — to Jeanne's visible jealousy.
