A member of the Jade Seal Family and son of the patriarch, Luo Xiao. He quickly notices Nie Li and approaches him about joining his family. He tells Nie Li that the Jade Seal Family is attempting to unite the human tribe in order to insure better survive in the Nether Realm. As long as his actions are not restricted, Nie Li agrees to go with him and join the family. They are also currently on bad terms with the Blood Demon Clan over a treasure map found in the Nine-Layered Deathlands.
