The Black Witch, whose real name is Anastasia Zelenski, is a Rank-2 hunter and leader of the Black Dragon Guild. Purple-haired and purple-eyed, she surrounds herself with floating mirrors that display different emoticons. Though she looks like she is in her twenties, she is around forty before the regression.
One of the Tower's rare first-generation hunters, she climbed into it from a Tower in Ukraine after war took her family and left her an orphan. She considers the Tower her true hometown, since nationality means nothing within it. Her skills include "Transference Teleport," letting her teleport anywhere within sight, and a limited item storage.
In the future timeline she once tried to assassinate the Flame Emperor, Yoo Soo-Ha, only to fail against his hidden regression skill. She becomes one of Kim Gong-ja's closest allies; he is deeply moved when she screenshots news articles for him one by one, and it is to her that he admits he seeks recognition rather than mere attention. She was also a founder of the Tower's great non-aggression pact.
