Ant Queen

The Ant Queen was an S-Rank magic beast and the boss of the Jeju Island S-Rank Gate. She was the progenitor of the ant colony that overran the dungeon, and the mother of the Ant King, a creature even more powerful than herself. Her strength and mana placed her among the most dangerous monsters to emerge from a Gate in South Korea.

During the Jeju Island Raid, a joint operation between Korean and Japanese hunters, the Ant Queen confronted the assault team deep within the nest. After a fierce battle, she was slain by a Japanese S-Rank hunter. However, her death triggered the emergence of the Ant King, which immediately began slaughtering the raid team.

After the gate was cleared, Sung Jin-Woo arrived and used the Shadow Extraction skill of the System to raise the Ant Queen's soul as a shadow soldier. She was assigned the General grade, reflecting her S-Rank power. As a shadow, she became a loyal member of the Shadow Army, serving Jin-Woo in future battles.

The Ant Queen retained her formidable physical abilities and mana capacity even as a shadow. She participated in several major conflicts, standing alongside other powerful shadows such as Beru. Her presence underscored the extent of Jin-Woo's powers, as he commanded an S-Rank monster that once terrorized an entire nation.
