Leon Cromwell is an otherworlder and former Chosen Hero who became a Demon Lord, ruling the kingdom of El Dorado and holding the seventh seat of the Octagram. Once called the "Blonde" and "Flash" Hero, as a Demon Lord he is known as the "Platinum Devil."
With long platinum hair, blue eyes and near-translucent skin, Leon is so beautiful he is often mistaken for a woman despite being over three hundred years old. Emotionally inexpressive, he comes across as cold and cruel, but is in truth kind; his single-minded fixation on his lost childhood friend Chloe Aubert drives nearly everything he does.
Leon arrived in the Central World alongside Chloe, only for her to vanish; in his centuries-long search he became a Chosen Hero and later seized a Demon Lord's throne. His secret spread of summoning methods to find her caused many otherworlder children — including Shizu, whom he summoned and paired with the spirit Ifrit — to be pulled into the world.
