The 12 Zodiac, also known as the High Guardians of the Central Bureau is the 12 highest Floor Managers that oversee the operation of the Obelisk. With the 12 of them being regarded as the leaders to the many managers of all 100 Floors of the Tower.

The Twelve Zodiacs stood out as the 12 most powerful Guardians in the entire Bureau of Floor Guardians due to that fact that each of them were originally Gods and Demons that once resided within the 98th Floor of the Obelisk, unlike the other Guardians that were originally High Ranked Players from the Obelisk.
