The Northern Territory of Star Boundary is where Yang Kai first came after rescuing Bing Yun from Clear Sky Island. Initially having no Great Emperor Sect, it is ruled equally by Bing Yun's Ice Heart Valley, Seeking Passion Sect, Fire Dragon Palace, and Full Sky Sect. However, there are also two Great Emperors who have historically resided within the Territory in the Ice Feather and Wondrous Pill Great Emperors. Though Ice Feather is reclusive, the Wondrous Pill Great Emperor famously resides in the extremely prestigious Medicine Pill Valley.
