Chu Feng

Chu Feng is the protagonist of the story, the son of Chu Xuanyuan and Jie Ranqing and a descendant of the Chu Heavenly Clan in the Great Chiliocosm Upper Realm of the Ancestral Martial Starfield. At his birth a talent test claimed he lacked the Heavenly Lightning Bloodline, which led to father and son being banished from the clan, with the infant believed to have perished in the clan's Forbidden Area.

He has black hair, deep black eyes, a tall build and a refined bearing. Chu Feng strives to become strong enough to protect those close to him, forgoing any benefit and taking great risks for family and friends. Yet he can be cold and ruthless, eliminating without hesitation anyone who threatens him or his kin.

As a child he was the adopted son of Chu Yuan and was never truly accepted by the Chu Family; only his adoptive brother Chu Guyu and a cousin treated him kindly. At age ten he enrolled in the Azure Dragon School, and soon an acquired Heavenly Lightning Bloodline entered his body, stalling his cultivation and demanding monstrous amounts of resources.

His struggle for resources carries him ever farther across the Starry Sky, uncovering ancient secrets, gathering allies and enemies, and gradually unsealing the layered seals on his bloodline and spirit power. His path is one of endless battles, tragedy and a relentless drive for the strength to protect everyone dear to him and reunite with his family.
