Jin Jido is a large, muscular man, an A-Rank adventurer said to be on the verge of reaching S-Rank. His appraisal lists him as an honorary viscount and first-class adventurer with formidable stats (Strength and Defense A+).

Tenma meets him in the Dungeon City. Jin runs with other strong adventurers — Garat and Menace — who trade good-natured jabs with one another. He becomes one of Tenma's allies and a yardstick for strength.
