Leo Oakheart is the chief of the Oakheart Clan and the grandson of a Morning Star Magus, the Azure Mountain King. He is a Crystal Phase Magus who commands the clan's elite forces, oversees their secret stardust bug surveillance system, and leads assassination operations against targets the clan wants eliminated. Ambitious, cruel, and accustomed to unchallenged authority, Leo is responsible for numerous covert killings and intelligence abuses. His pursuit of Leylin ends with his own death.
