Kou

Kou is one of the mermaid clan’s ancient guardians in the Shadow World. Along with Prophet Kalle, she is a native law-level existence who once stood at the apex of the world’s oceanic domain. During the Final War of the Shadow World, she is awakened from a diminished state to oppose the Mistress of the Night. Even weakened, she displays power on the scale of a natural disaster.
