The Nethermoon Draconic Beast is a dragon bloodline demon beast. It has a rather large build and can be found living in wind caves. It uses wind attribute attacks, including a powerful wind blade attack. It's most destructive attack is known as wind cannon and uses a large amount of gathered wind energy.
