In SL4.5, the Douluo Federation was able to expanded its territory to half a galaxy. The science and technology development slowed down a little after the Divine Realm returned to the Douluo Planet, since most people would rather spend their time on cultivating, become gods, and gain eternal life. The Federation still continues their exploration and occupation of foreign planets.
