Kingdom of Graycastle
Deskripsi
The Kingdom of Graycastle is one of the four human kingdoms of the mainland and the largest among them, divided into five regions — Central, Northern, Eastern, Southern and Western. The four kingdoms arose centuries ago after humanity, defeated in the Battle of Divine Will, retreated into this barren land and slowly rebuilt.
Under a Royal Decree on the Selection of the Crown Prince, King Wimbledon III grants each heir a territory to rule for five years, the most successful to inherit the crown — Roland is sent to Border Town in the Western Region. The decree ignites a devastating civil war among the siblings.
Roland's Western Region, largely spared the worst of the fighting, becomes the base from which his modern state rises to reunify the kingdom and confront the Church.
