Clarice Fia Atlee

Clarice Fia Atlee is a senior noble girl at the Holfart Royal Academy and one of the kingdom's recognised young sword-saint candidates. She is poised, tall, the kind of student the matriarchal court considers ideal: skilled, well-bred, and politically conscious.

Her plotline begins when an arranged engagement collapses spectacularly and she finds herself in need of a public male escort to repair her standing. She drafts Leon — much against his will — and the two spend an arc carefully pretending to be a couple while sorting out the political damage.

Clarice is one of the few independent-minded noblewomen who treats Leon with neither contempt nor fear, and her wry, slightly older perspective becomes a steady presence on the side of his coalition through later arcs.
