Lu Bai Yang

Lu Bai Yang is the top cultivator and later sole Great Emperor of Blue Clouds Continent, a very young Universe World in the new Great Territory that would eventually belong to High Heaven Palace. As a relatively newborn Universe World, Blue Clouds Continent came under siege when Zuo Quan Hui tried to refine it in order to heal himself after being injured by Yang Kai during the former's attempt to seize Star Boundary.
