Chen Tian Fei

As the 5th Manager of Scarlet Star, Chen Tian Fei comes into conflict with Yang Kai in Great Ruins Boundary after the latter teaches his brother-in-law a harsh lesson. After the eventual destruction of Scarlet Star in Yang Kai’s hands, Chen Tian Fei convinces Yang Kai to spare his life in exchange for his Loyalty List.
