Luna is an eight-year-old princess of the Clistin Kingdom, third in the line of succession. Her father is Crown Prince Caesar and her elder brother is Prince Tida.
Tenma first meets her together with Tida: egged on by a certain minister, the children try to test Tenma, but he easily sees through their scheme. Having heard from their grandfather the King that Tenma is a hero who slew a dragon single-handedly and saved the country, the two come to regard him with wary respect.
