Silva-Haruna is the 'Land of the World Tree,' the largest elven forest kingdom, lying to the west of Alveria. Its entire existence depends on the World Tree, which, like a power line, transforms and distributes the colossal force of the primal spirit Amon across the forest.
The nation long kept itself in isolation and closed its borders so that foreign spirit magic would not shatter Amon's seal. It is ruled by King Auguste; his heir is Prince Michel, while Princess Marie was destined to become the new 'sacrifice'-cornerstone. With the World Tree in decline, the country is doomed, so it seeks Alveria's protection, which leads to a military alliance and profit-sharing treaty sealed by the 'spirit steam locomotive.'
