Doctor Gao's Wife is his Red Specter. She died in a car accident about seven years ago, and her dying wish was for her husband to take care of her family, of whom only her younger brother Liu Zhe remained alive.
She appears as a beautiful, pale woman with black hair in a blood-red wedding dress. Her object of possession is her own corpse. After losing a fight against Zhang Ya, most of her body was consumed, leaving it almost transparent.
She is the mother of Gao Ru Xue and the elder sister of Liu Zhe. Among her powers is the ability to erase people's memories, and she is known to have wiped the recollections of several characters entangled in the Ghost Stories Society's secrets.
