Di Yao

Di Yao was the Alchemy disciple of the legendary Old Man of Heaven's Keep. He would befriend Yang Kai in Flying Clouds City and eventually teamed up with him in order to acquire the Thousand Year Demon Flower. Yang Kai would then meet and befriend his Honored Master, Li Rui. In the future, Yang Kai would meet Di Yao again and offers to take him to his High Heaven Sect on Shadowed Star. Di Yao, mourning the death of his Honored Master due to old age, would decline his request and chooses to remain behind.
