The Divine Realm had all kinds of traps. Any one of them could easily dispatch a player.
Ordinary physical traps were relatively simple; most players could dodge and disarm them.
The more advanced ones were magical traps, which even expert players could accidentally fall victim to.
The most elite were challenge traps. Players would be sealed into a barrier to face a specific challenge, only receiving a reward upon completion.
Though challenge traps were the highest tier, the first two types were instant death upon triggering, unlike the challenge traps which offered a transition phase. Therefore, more players died to those first two trap types.
A class like the Assassin had skills to disarm traps.
Because of this, solo Assassins in the Divine Realm generally did quite well.

He stepped forward but didn't rush to open the chest. Instead, he cleared away all the thorns and moss from the stone pedestal, took out a silver-gray scroll, slowly unrolled it, and began chanting an incantation.
This silver-gray scroll was a Tier 1 Trap Disarming Scroll. It could remove all magical and challenge traps below Gold-rank chests, but with one prerequisite: the trap's activation formation had to be found. Otherwise, it was useless.
As the Trap Disarming Scroll activated, the silver-gray smoke sank into the activation formation. The magical power contained within the formation vanished instantly, and without that power supply, the magical trap could no longer be triggered.
"Curious what good things will drop," Shi Feng then turned his gaze to the Mythril-rank chest.
Trading a Tier 1 magic scroll for a Mythril-rank chest was an excellent deal.
Moreover, this was the World's Peak. No player had been here yet, meaning this was the first batch of chests in the entire World's Peak that hadn't been farmed. The drops would naturally be more generous, much like the first clear of a Dungeon, offering greater rewards.
But Shi Feng still didn't rush to open it. Instead, he activated Divine Grace.
His Luck stat surged by 32 points, lasting for 30 seconds.
Only then did Shi Feng begin to open the chest.
The progress bar climbed slowly, taking 20 seconds to open.

Chest opening times ranged from 3 to 10 seconds; even Mythril-rank chests shouldn't take 20 seconds.

After the lengthy 20 seconds were up, the worn, pale silver chest emitted a creak. The lid then slowly opened, radiating a five-colored luminescence that illuminated the entire cavern.
"There's so much stuff!"
Once the five-colored light faded, the contents of the Mythril-rank chest were revealed. The entire box was filled to the brim, definitely the fullest chest of items Shi Feng had ever seen.

More importantly, three pieces of weapon equipment were arranged in the chest.
These weapons and armor were all Level 50.
In the Divine Realm, reaching Level 50 was a major watershed. Not only could players apply to advance to Tier 2 classes, but the primary reason was the equipment gap.
