"Temple Lord, this gentleman has brought a Servant of the Evil God to claim the bounty." The Senior Steward walked to the center of the hall and reported with great reverence.
The man in divine robes looked Shi Feng over carefully, along with the restrained Beast Emperor behind him, and nodded slightly. "Steward Luoya, you may leave."

They were far more valuable than the mere Servants of the Evil God the War God Temple typically captured.
Only Apostles who had received the Evil God's legacy could truly wield his power, and the Evil God's legacies were finite across the entire Divine Realm. Every legacy-bearer lost meant one fewer legacy remaining on the continent.
"You flatter me, Temple Lord," Shi Feng said evenly.
He had already known that the Beast Emperor was an Apostle of the Evil God. Otherwise, he wouldn't have rushed to the War God Temple in such excitement.
Temple Lord Howard Galeforce then began chanting incantations. Under the power of the magic array, the Beast Emperor slowly disintegrated into ash. Within the ash, a translucent soul form could faintly be seen, but under the array's effect, even that translucent soul began to dissolve into foam and dissipate.
The entire process lasted less than twenty seconds, and the Beast Emperor was completely erased from the Divine Realm. Even if he wanted to re-enter, he would have to start from scratch. Without the Evil God's legacy, the Beast Emperor was no longer a threat—whether he could even advance to the fourth tier was now questionable.
After the Beast Emperor dissipated, a system notification chimed in Shi Feng's ears.

"That's wonderful. I'd like to nominate my guild to become one of the Divine Realm's Top Ten Rising Star Guilds and have my guild established in the Star Moon Kingdom. What would I need to do?" Shi Feng asked eagerly.
