Elminster

Elminster is a peak legendary wizard tied closely to the leadership of the Silverymoon Alliance. He acts as advisor, strategist, battle-mage, and occasional commander among the remaining wizards after the collapse of the Weave. Despite his immense power, he is portrayed with humility and even eccentricity, often called an "old pervert" or "old mage" by those close to him. He is also the foster father of Alustriel, supporting her during the catastrophic rise of the insect hordes. His knowledge of spellcraft, arcane history, and large-scale magic formations places him among the strongest surviving spellcasters.
