Lee Se-Hwan

Lee Se-Hwan is a Hunter affiliated with the Korean Hunters Association, serving as one of the staff members tasked with managing the combat-power re-evaluations for registered Hunters. His most prominent appearance occurs during the Second Retesting Arc, a key event where the protagonist Sung Jin-Woo undergoes a second round of testing following his unprecedented growth.

In the arc, Se-Hwan is part of the team responsible for measuring Sung Jin-Woo’s mana levels and combat proficiency. The re-evaluation was triggered after Jin-Woo, originally dismissed as the weakest E-rank, demonstrated power far beyond his official rank, forcing the Association to verify his actual capabilities.
