Feng Xuanyang, alias 'Dark Wind,' is an Advanced Member of the Underworld, a position that grants him the authority to mobilize the organization's forces throughout the Star-Moon Kingdom. In the game he is a Berserker.
He surfaces as an early antagonist. Jealous and easily angered by nature, he is asked by Gentle Snow to help end her conflict with Shi Feng; though he promises to do so, his jealousy gets the better of him and he instead hands South Wolf a group of Underworld Guards to finish Shi Feng off.
