One of the three rulers of Shattered Heaven, the Bright Sun Divine Monarch would come into conflict with Yang Kai over the latter's acquisition of the World Spring. Chasing him into the Divine Ability Sea of Shattered Ruins, the Bright Sun Divine Monarch would spend several decades here before eventually escaping into Ancestral Land.
