The head of the Scarlet Wave Star Ice Heart Valley's Discipline Hall, Bing Die enjoyed handing out harsh punishments. Acting under Great Elder Ran Yun Ting's orders, Bing Die nearly killed Qing Ya in order to lure Yang Kai into lashing out against Ice Heart Valley disciples, giving Ran Yun Ting an excuse to kill him. After being easily subdued by Yang Kai, Bing Die was shocked to learn that he had already seen through the Great Elder's plans.
