Chapter 174. Wretched Creepy Uncle, Bu Le (Part 2)

January 17, 2020 · 5 min read · 973 words

Whether it was Dai Mubai, Oscar, or Ma Hongjun, each of them was imagining what it would look like if those seven slams had been them instead. Even Dai Mubai, the strongest among them, immediately realized that even with his White Tiger Diamond Transformation active, if he were ever slammed around like that by Xiao Wu, his Soul Power would probably be shaken apart.

Xiao Wu leaped into the air again. Just as the three of them expected her to execute another mid-air interception spinning slam, she didn't do anything of the sort. By now, Bu Le had already slipped into a semi-conscious state. Xiao Wu caught up to his falling body, clamped her legs around his neck once more, and whipped her own body into a rapid 1,080-degree spin. With his neck trapped between her thighs, Bu Le had no choice but to follow along. Crack after crack rang out from his neck — even if his spine wasn't broken, it couldn't be far off.

After the full 1,080 degrees, Xiao Wu executed a graceful backflip, her Waist Bow activating one final time. She hurled Bu Le's body straight into the ground, and used the recoil to flip herself several times through the air before descending toward the earth.

Boom — the wretched creepy uncle's body smashed into the ground in an extremely contorted position. Beyond a few feeble twitches, his entire body was completely unresponsive.

Ma Hongjun watched Xiao Wu, who had landed nearby and was breathing a little heavily, and asked cautiously, "Xiao Wu, you didn't kill him, did you?"

Xiao Wu glanced disdainfully at Bu Le's twitching, convulsing body. "Killing him would just dirty my hands. I know what I'm doing. Xiao San told me not to kill people casually. This is just a lesson. But I'd estimate he's not getting out of bed for three months. I always mean what I say — I dislocated a lot of his joints. For a good while after this, he's really not going to be able to take care of himself."

Dai Mubai said with some exasperation, "We came here to fight. You've already thrashed him into this state — what's left for us to do? Still, Xiao Wu, that Eight Stages Slam of yours is seriously powerful."

Oscar added, "The key is that Teleportation of hers is absurd. Once you're within five meters of her body, there's no escape. Also, Xiao Wu, can you use that Waist Bow skill consecutively? You don't need to re-condense your Soul Power between each use?"

Xiao Wu giggled, as though the incredible feat she'd just performed had nothing to do with her. "I used to need to re-condense my Soul Power, but after I reached level thirty, it doesn't take any extra time anymore. Besides, even if it did, the gap between each Waist Bow activation is more than enough. My Eight Stages Slam is pretty much useless against power-type Soul Masters, but a Control Type like him — once I land a surprise attack, he's done for."

Tang San spoke up suddenly. "Xiao Wu, don't use that kind of method to lure enemies anymore. It's too dangerous."

Xiao Wu blinked, looked into Tang San's serious eyes, and stuck out her tongue. But she obediently nodded her head.

What Tang San didn't say was that when he watched Xiao Wu go to seduce Bu Le, something about it had made him feel extremely uncomfortable.

Dai Mubai waved his hand. "Alright, let's go. Fatty, this guy's suffered a lot worse than you did. Consider your revenge served."

Ma Hongjun hadn't been the one to deal the blows himself, so he was still a bit unsatisfied. He ran over to Bu Le and kicked him hard several times, all while snarling, "That's for hitting me! That's for hitting me! That's for saying my d*** is small! Oh, right."

As if he'd suddenly thought of something, Ma Hongjun let out a sly laugh. "You guys go on ahead. I'll catch up in a second."

Dai Mubai frowned. "Don't push it too far. Even though he hit you and isn't exactly a good person, he doesn't deserve to die. Make it quick."

"Got it."

Tang San and the others hadn't gone far before a scream that barely sounded human echoed behind them. The four exchanged glances and shook their heads with helpless expressions.

Before long, Fatty came rushing up to them with an excited look on his face. Before anyone could ask, he volunteered, "Relax, I didn't do much. Won't let him die. Xiao Wu was right — killing him would just dirty our hands. Fifth Sister, thanks for today. If you ever need Fatty for anything in the future, just say the word. If it's something I can do, I won't hesitate for a second."

Xiao Wu chuckled. "No need for thanks. I had a great time slamming him around just now. It's been so long since I've had that much fun."

Tang San said thoughtfully, "Actually, what we did wasn't right."

"Wasn't right? Xiao San, don't tell me you've gone soft." Dai Mubai stared at Tang San in confusion. While Tang San was normally very composed, he didn't exactly strike one as the soft-hearted type. Dai Mubai could still vividly recall the way Tang San deployed his Hidden Weapons — even Zhao Wuji hadn't escaped without taking a decent hit.

Tang San shook his head. "I'm saying — if you cut the grass but don't pull out the roots, it'll grow back when the spring winds blow."

"What?" The other three's gazes shifted as they looked at Tang San. They were all genius Soul Masters, but they were still only teenagers. When it came to killing, probably only Dai Mubai could stomach the idea. None of them had expected Tang San to say something like that.
