The Level 45 lord-type Unicorn Lion King had, as yet, not been defeated head-on by anyone in the entire Divine Realm.
Even if Shi Feng activated his double burst, it wouldn't be possible.
Its health pool was far too thick, not to mention the unknown boss skills. If it summoned another lord, escaping would become nearly impossible.
The over-five-meter-tall Unicorn Lion King gave Shi Feng no chance to rely on anything. With a single lunge of its claws, it turned into a blur of motion, like a gale sweeping straight towards him. Its speed was barely slower than Shi Feng's Wind Walk, covering the twenty-odd yards in an instant. Everything in its path was torn apart by the fierce wind.
"Incredible destructive power." Shi Feng didn't dare be careless and immediately cast Abyssal Bind.
After the Abyssal's evolution, all its skills had reached the First Order level. A lord-type monster was equivalent to a Second Order profession, so the difference in rank was only one tier, unlike before when a two-tier gap meant his skills had almost no effect.

Twelve pitch-black chains erupted from the void, instantly locking down the Unicorn Lion King's limbs and bringing it to a halt. The beast let out a series of furious roars.

"Running like this isn't a long-term solution. I haven't seen any flying monsters, so aerial flight should be safe." While fleeing, Shi Feng kept a constant watch on the sky.
Flight ability was a huge advantage against ground-based monsters, but as levels rose, many maps contained flying-type monsters. Encountering one meant no chance to escape—either you killed the monster and survived, or it killed you. Getting away was pure luck.
The Peak of the World was rumored to be an area only experts could enter. Even the lower-level regions were not easy to survive in.
Shi Feng had the Seven Stars Ring and considered his escape capabilities high.
But he still didn't dare use skills recklessly in the Peak of the World. One misstep could get him killed.
After confirming it was clear, Shi Feng activated the Wind Ring's aerial flight. He leaped into the sky, leaving the Unicorn Lion King to roar and give chase on the ground below as it watched him move away.
With a 220% increase in movement speed, even though Shi Feng was only Level 32, it was a speed the Level 45 lord monster couldn't match.
The location marked on the Elemental Core was in the core area of Soger Mountain. Shi Feng used his aerial flight to head straight towards it.
