Watching the two evil dragon players fly straight toward Shi Feng, the Zero Wing members controlling the Hell War Chariots panicked.
"Protect the Guild Master!"
Instantly, all six Hell War Chariots unleashed their Flame Lances, firing wildly at the two evil dragon players.
A full eighty-four Flame Lances shot out simultaneously, raining down like a downpour. Second-class players facing this kind of assault could only wait for death, but for the two Shadow Claw experts who possessed evil dragon physiques, it was nothing to worry about.
The Flame Lances, fast as they were for ordinary players, were no different from a first-class magic attack in their eyes. They dodged easily in midair, and even when their massive bodies couldn't avoid every lance, they simply swatted them away with their razor-sharp claws.
The two evil dragon players sliced through the barrage of Flame Lances with ease and quickly closed to within fifteen yards of Shi Feng. Simultaneously, their silver-gray claws lashed out toward him.
The claws tore through the air, tracing a silver-gray arc that beelined straight for Shi Feng's head.
Just as the claws were about to rake across him, the Holy Sword Thunderstrike in Shi Feng's hand flashed. The entire space was cleaved in two by a deep cyan arc of lightning, revealing pitch-black spatial rifts behind it.
This was the skill Lightning Flash, an ability granted by the Holy Sword Thunderstrike.
The moment the evil dragon players' claws touched the cyan lightning, it was as if they'd been hit by a freight truck. They were blasted back over ten yards, slamming into the ground and cratering the earth.
"How is this possible?!"
"Is he even a player?!"
Standing atop the watchtower, Chen Yuan watched the scene unfold with his mouth hanging wide open, unable to believe his eyes.
Two level 56 third-class Ancient Species had just been knocked flying by Shi Feng in a single exchange — it was as absurd as an ant flipping over an elephant.
The dark players hiding in the Dark Wizard Tower were equally dumbfounded, unable to process what had just happened, because everything had unfolded too quickly.
All they'd seen was the evil dragons charging at Shi Feng, a flash of cyan light, and then both evil dragons sent flying.
"Are you some kind of monster?" The two evil dragon players stared at Shi Feng from the ground in disbelief.
They could swat a second-class expert to death with a casual backhand, yet against this player, they'd been completely outmatched in raw power.
What they didn't know was that Shi Feng inherently possessed strength equivalent to a Grand Lord of the same level. Over the past few days of crafting Hell War Chariots, his level had risen to 69 as a second-class Sword Master — thirteen full levels above them. After activating Lightning Flash, his strength stat surged by another 330%. While that still fell short of a Legendary monster at his level, it was more than enough to overpower a level 56 third-class Ancient Species.
"No way! That must be some kind of skill that temporarily boosted his strength. He can't possibly use it more than once. If we attack together again, he's finished!"
"That makes sense. How could a player actually have that kind of power? It has to be some ultra-powerful cooldown skill."
The two evil dragon players whispered to each other as they fixed their gazes on Shi Feng, then circled around to approach him once more.
The Divine Realm did contain an enormous variety of skills. Burst-damage skills were among the most common, but there were also extraordinary abilities that exceeded normal limits — Forbidden Spells, for instance, could unleash power a full tier above the user.
However, such power could only serve as a last resort and couldn't be used repeatedly. They were different. They were third-class Ancient Species. If one attack didn't work, they'd hit him twice, three times, until he'd burned through all his skills. After all, they had twenty-eight million HP — they weren't the slightest bit afraid of a war of attrition against a player.
As for the Hell War Chariots' attacks, the Hellfire Cannons were the only ones worth being cautious about. The Flame Lances were no longer a concern.
When the two evil dragon players closed in on Shi Feng once more, raising their claws to strike, Shi Feng reached into his inventory and pulled out a magic scroll, unfurling it instantly.
A woman with golden hair and blue eyes, clad in a magnificent purple robe, materialized before Shi Feng.
This woman was Anna, Shi Feng's direct bodyguard — an eighty-five-year-old Light-Dark Saint.
