Spider Silk and Slashing Thread are gone, and a new skill called Versatile Thread has appeared.
It's probably an evolution of Spider Silk, but where did Slashing Thread go?

So from Spider Silk, it gained the ability to grant attributes.
It looks like "Slashing" gives the same effect as the old Slashing Thread, "Blunt" grants a blunt-force attribute, and "Impact" grants an impact attribute.
"Blunt" is basically just smacking things.
"Impact" seems to generate a shockwave-like effect along the thread for just an instant.
If something touches the thread while that's active, it takes damage from the impact.
This would be incredibly useful if I weren't in the Middle Layer!

It seems like as long as I stock up with Overeating, I won't have to hoard food before each evolution anymore.
So, time to eat a ton and build up that stock.
Based on the previous numbers, it looks like I can stock up to roughly skill level times 100, so right now I should be able to store around 800.
