"So this is the mountain to the north..."
A completely unremarkable mountain north of the royal capital.
But for some reason, something like a vinyl greenhouse stood deep in the mountain.
There was even a proper entrance, so I slid the door open and stepped inside.
Inside, a vast expanse of grounds spread out before me, covered entirely with blue flowers whose petals sparkled like stars.
In the distance, I could see a solitary house.
"This clearly has way more area than the mountain itself. Maybe it's a pocket dimension created by a skill. I need to find the skill's owner."
As I approached the house, I could see it was a large building with a tiled roof.
A well-built, tanned man emerged from it.
Maybe around thirty years old.
"How'd you get in here? You a loser-skill holder?"
"Yeah."
"Well, otherwise there's no way you could've gotten into my loser-skill, Houseterritory. I'm Falms. And you?"
"I'm Alan. I've got the loser-skill Reverse."
"Is that so. You were also chased off by those Cult of Cruel people?"
"No, I'm from the Raging Kingdom. Well, I guess being exiled amounts to the same thing."
"The Raging Kingdom? Was there a country like that nearby?"
Falms tilted his head.
"Yeah, it changed its name from the Gloria Kingdom a little while back."
"Is that right? This is a pretty closed-off space, so not much outside news reaches me."
"Can only loser-skill holders enter your Houseterritory, Falms?"
"Technically, I can freely set who's allowed in. Since loser-skill holders get persecuted, I've made it so only people like that can perceive this space and enter it."
"Oh my, do we have a guest?"
A woman with purple hair emerged from the house.
"Ah, Lily, a loser-skill holder showed up. This guy's Alan. Alan, Lily's my wife."
"Ah, nice to meet you. Thank you very much."
"My, how polite. Dear, let's not stand around chatting here — let's have him come inside."
"Alan, don't be too shocked when you go in, okay?"
Falms was grinning.

"Games, a PC, a smartphone! Why are these here, Falms!?"
"Pretty shocking, huh?!"
Falms struck a smug pose.
On the dining table, there was leftover fast-food wrapping paper with a red afro logo on it — apparently from today's lunch.
"You can get things from your past life, Falms?"
"Yeah, that's right. Houseterritory is connected to my past life, so I can send and receive things. I sell flowers I grow here over there, and use that money to buy stuff from over there."
What the hell, that's an unmistakable cheat skill.
Damn goddess, the disparity is outrageous.
