"Leylin!"

While Leylin was deep in thought, and walked in, their eyes brimming with joy.

"What? You're interested in body tempering?" Emma glanced at the cluttered materials on the table and immediately caught on.

"Mhm! My soul force has grown far too powerful — it needs a body that can keep up." Leylin nodded, with nothing to hide about it.

"You really are..." Gilbert sat down, looking utterly speechless. "We Bloodline Warlocks benefit from the physical constitution bonuses of ancient creatures — in this regard, we have an advantage over other Morning Stars. The only thing we ever worry about is how to enhance our soul force. Someone like you is truly one of a kind!"

In truth, Gilbert had long since branded Leylin a monster for his insanely rapid progress — he could barely keep up with it anymore.

Leylin smiled and went on to ask the two Grand Dukes about other aspects of body tempering.

But unfortunately, neither of the Grand Dukes possessed knowledge that exceeded his own. They simply couldn't offer any useful suggestions.

So in the end, Leylin asked, "How much do you two know about the ?"

"Huh!? Are you thinking of going there?" Both Warlocks rose to their feet in shock.

"Is there a problem?" Leylin asked with a smile.

The Secret Treasure stored in the Sky City — one that only Sages had access to — the Arcane Scepter, could effectively raise his constitution by two whole tiers, without any side effects whatsoever.

For the current Leylin, this kind of temptation was overwhelming.

Two tiers amounted to roughly 20 points of constitution. Combined with the 10 points from the Dragon Potion, that would bring him very close to 100. The remaining gap could be gradually closed through the Fire Feather Technique or Multi-Arm Power — it would be more than enough.

So unless he found some alternative, this trip was practically a must for Leylin.

"His Majesty the Sky Throne has never specifically targeted Bloodline Warlocks before, but you know the situation with our Bloodline Alliance, Leylin!"

After a brief silence, Emma was the first to speak.

For reasons unknown, Bloodline Warlocks had once faced boycotts and hostility from Wizards across the continent, even teetering on the brink of extinction. Though the appearance of several Tier 5 Radiant Moon Warlocks had ultimately turned the tide, most Warlocks still felt profoundly insecure — and that was precisely how the Morning Star had come into existence in the first place.

And such a continent-wide boycott of Warlocks would have been absolutely impossible without the tacit approval of several Thrones behind the scenes.

Emma held this rising star, Leylin, in extremely high regard — she had even come to regard him as her future son-in-law — and naturally, she did not wish for him to venture out into danger.

"What do you say, Teacher Gilbert?" Leylin smiled bitterly to himself and turned his gaze toward Gilbert.

"Setting His Majesty the Sky Throne aside, the Sky City is still the Holy Land of Wizards across the entire Central Continent — the Temple of Truth, where countless top-tier grandmasters, craftsmen, and scholars have gathered. It's nothing short of the cradle of knowledge. The innovations and advancements in Wizardry alone are nothing short of breathtaking — changing by the day!"

Gilbert rubbed his bald head, as though recalling some deeply pleasant memory. A gleam had even appeared in his eyes.

"If you hadn't already advanced to Morning Star and become one of the cornerstones of our Ouroboros Circle — if you were simply travelling the continent — the Sky City would be the very first place I'd recommend!"

"If that's the case, then I want to go there even more!" Lin Lei stroked his chin, a look of longing crossing his face.

"Fine! But you must be careful — it's best to conceal your identity!" Gilbert and Emma exchanged bitter smiles. They knew Lin Lei's personality all too well. He was the type who never went back on his word. Having made his decision, he had only come to hear their opinions. He would not easily change his mind.

"I understand!" Lin Lei interlocked his fingers and leaned forward slightly.

"Then — you two came here for something else as well, didn't you?"

"Oh! Of course! Look at us, we even forgot about that!" Gilbert slapped his forehead and handed a recording crystal to Lin Lei.

"After a month of hard fighting, our Ouroboros Circle has reclaimed all the territories we held before the war, and stability has been restored across every region. This is the redrawn territorial map!"

Lin Lei immersed his soul power into the crystal and immediately received a vast map, in which different colors demarcated the territories of the various bloodline noble families.

Compared to before, the overall layout of the map had not changed much, but the noble territories upon it had undergone a great number of changes.

For instance, the bloodline noble families that had been under the Grand Elder's faction now had large portions of their territories and privileges stripped away on grounds such as ineffectiveness in battle. These had been reassigned to the Blood Serpent family and, most importantly — the family!

"In summary, the two Archdukes' previous rights and interests remain largely unchanged, while I have inherited the former Grand Elder's fiefdom and holdings — is that correct?"
