"You didn't flee back to Dongyan Island — that genuinely surprises me. Don't tell me you're looking to fight me to the death right here?" The Heavenly Demon Ancestor sneered.
Jiang Chen said coolly, "Heavenly Demon Ancestor, if I were you, I would have ended my own life long ago. A magnificent demon race — and look what it's become under your command. Even I didn't expect that destroying your demon race would be this easy."
The Heavenly Demon Ancestor let out a cold snort. "Go ahead and gloat, boy. Once I've killed you, the entire God Abyss Continent will still be under my control. Reforging the demon bloodlines — what difficulty would that be? I have absorbed and refined the cultivation of all ten demon lineages. Every Divine Ability of the ten demon clans is now mine to wield. This world is, and always will be, my world. Everyone else — even if you kill them all, what of it? As long as you are beneath me, the God Abyss Continent is beneath me!"
Jiang Chen said with icy detachment, "So by that logic, you don't particularly value your fellow Heavenly Demon clansmen either?"
Even though the Heavenly Demon Ancestor's heart was bleeding, he forced himself to look nonchalant and shrugged. "If they could be killed by you, that simply proves they weren't useful enough. If they were truly useful, how could you have killed them?"
Jiang Chen was actually defeated by the other's shameless logic. A faint smile crossed his lips. "In that case, allow me to test the strength of you, the Heavenly Demon Ancestor!"
"Hahaha, boy — if my eyes don't deceive me, you haven't even fully reached the sixth level of the Divine Path. With your meager cultivation, you think a few treasures are enough to stand against me? It seems you still lack a proper understanding of the Heavenly Demon lineage's true power."
Jiang Chen said flatly, "My understanding of the Heavenly Demon lineage far exceeds your understanding of me. Your so-called Heavenly Demon secret arts — I have already seen through them all. "Why not try it and find out?" As Jiang Chen spoke, the Mirror of All Beings was already activated in a flash. The World-Ending Radiance erupted without the slightest warning, lashing toward the Heavenly Demon Ancestor in a blinding beam.
Had the sneak attack connected, the World-Ending Radiance would have given the Heavenly Demon Ancestor more than enough to deal with. Of course, the Heavenly Demon Ancestor was already on full alert and would not be caught off guard by such a move.
With a cold laugh, he shifted his body and dodged the radiance effortlessly.
In truth, the Heavenly Demon Ancestor was inwardly shocked. The power of the World-Ending Radiance was such that even he did not dare receive it head-on with his true body.
This was vastly different from his battles with the Golden Howl Ancestor and the Blood Pu Ancestor.

But all their variations ultimately stemmed from the Heavenly Demon Art. Suddenly, the Heavenly Demon Ancestor let out a long, piercing howl. The sound rolled forth like a mountain collapsing or an ocean surging, as if the gates of hell itself had burst open and countless evil spirits were wailing in agony.
This was the Divine Ability known as the Heavenly Demon Howl. One should not underestimate it — it could lock down the void, compress space, assault the physical body, and shake the soul.
