The four walls of Tiankun Palace were covered with all manner of inherited texts and images, overwhelming
Truthfully, extracting a complete cultivation method from these densely packed writings and images was no small feat.
Anyone else—even another genius—would have found it enormously difficult.
Even if they eventually succeeded, it would likely have taken two or three months. And the time limit for the first trial was only six months.
In truth, time was rather tight.
Of course, each trial came with one chance to fail.
But martial artists were proud and competitive by nature; no one wanted to waste that single chance at failure.
Who knew whether using the failure chance would affect the inheritance one received afterward?
So, psychologically,
Although time inside the Glazed King Tower flowed at the same rate as the outside world, the pace of cultivation inside the tower could be ten to twenty times that beyond its walls.
However, having been inside the Glazed King Tower for so long,
Several years had already passed. The Five Elements Crossing Yang Technique was probably about to expire. The Lord of the Coiled Dragon Clan was likely already waiting with growing anxiety.
"Not this one."
"This one doesn't look right either..."
"This one is completely off the mark."
"Hmm, this one is too rigid."
So
If even one section was connected incorrectly, the whole thing would be incoherent.
Fortunately,
Of course,
At minimum, he needed to present himself at a level appropriate for his age—even performing above expectations was fine, but he couldn't be too heaven-defying.
Otherwise, someone like Perfected Tiankun, whose curiosity was already burning fiercely, would certainly dig deeper and deeper.
And so he searched, and explored, making steady progress. After approximately one month, he finally located every section of the technique and every movement image.
He reviewed and deduced through the whole thing several times, and only when he was certain there were no issues did he confidently begin his cultivation.
Although Perfected Tiankun was imprisoned, Tiankun Palace was his domain. His spiritual consciousness could still cover every area and grasp every detail.
Seeing that
"It seems that after the ancient war, though the human race declined and withered, the vitality of the human bloodline endures. Geniuses still appear generation after generation. This young one—his talent and comprehension seem to be a full tier above the two geniuses who came before."
Perfected Tiankun's eye for assessment was extraordinary; he could naturally distinguish quality. Moreover,
"Within a single month, with only a Saint Realm Ninth Level cultivation, to have found order in this chaotic inheritance—this kid is truly worth looking forward to."
Perfected Tiankun was quietly impressed, and at the same time couldn't help but speculate: "Could it be that this boy is the inheritor that old scoundrel has been desperately searching for?"
Perfected Tiankun had formed a favorable impression of
But judging the matter fairly, he genuinely felt that
If all these factors aligned…
"Perhaps this
But such freedom was not easily won. First, someone had to inherit the Glazed King Tower—to fully inherit it—before they could be liberated.
