Wisdom Gu had been playing around, but upon hearing those words, it immediately froze in place, hovering motionless in mid-air as it stared quietly at Fang Yuan.
Time ticked by slowly. Fang Yuan unconsciously held his breath.
Even though, in his current form as an immortal zombie, he no longer needed to breathe.
Wisdom Gu seemed puzzled. It began circling around Fang Yuan.
Round after round it went, continuously observing him. After a while, it settled down on a massive leaf nearby.
Then...
A multicolored halo of light, growing from small to large, gradually radiated outward from Wisdom Gu's body.
