Chapter 332: Yin-Yang Path Multi-Embryo Gu

Fei Wu saw Medicine Emperor's confusion and laughed heartily, cheerfully explaining: "When a Gu Master ascends to immortality, there is an opportunity known as 'learning from nature.'"

"What is the basis for this?"

"Heavenly Qi and Earthly Qi contain Heaven's Will, while Human Qi contains Human Will. During this critical phase, when the three Qi merge, Heaven's Will and Human Will converge, allowing one to inquire into various mysteries and seek the truths and answers of heaven and earth."

"This is because Heaven's Will acknowledges Human Will."

"Why?"

"In my view, once the Empty Orifice undergoes a qualitative transformation, it becomes an Immortal Orifice. To heaven and earth, an Immortal Orifice represents a fruit and a harvest. The Heavenly Dao naturally delights in this outcome, and thus favors Human Will."

"The uniqueness of the Primordial Qi Child lies in the fact that his body itself is Primordial Qi — an entity of the three merged Qi. Therefore, he receives Heaven's Will's favor and acknowledgment at all times."

Medicine Emperor's eyes widened. "In that case, wouldn't he be able to learn from nature at all times?!"

Fei Wu shook his head. "Strictly speaking, that is indeed the case! But in reality, it is not so. We all know that achieving a state of Primordial Unity from the three Qi requires constant harmonization. If the three Qi fall out of balance, the cultivator perishes. But the Qi Child is different — for him, the three Qi falling out of balance does not endanger his life. Instead, it causes him to lose his sanity."

"Maintaining constant harmonization of the three Qi and keeping them in balance is far, far too difficult."

"We all have the experience of ascending to immortality. Harmonizing the three Qi requires one's utmost effort, and even half a day in that state is more than enough to exhaust us. Yet the Primordial Qi Child must face this process continuously."

"Therefore, when he exhausts his mental energy or grows weary of harmonizing the three Qi, the three Qi within his body fall out of balance, Heaven's Will and Human Will become entangled in chaos, leaving him mentally confused."

"In such a state, he cannot even think normally — how could he possibly learn from nature?"

"But regardless, as long as it remains Primordial Qi, Heaven's Will will always favor Human Will and be willing to assist it."

"If it were an ordinary Gu Master who had not yet developed an Immortal Orifice, they could only commune with Heaven's Will and learn from nature at this stage. But the Qi Child is different — he already possesses an Immortal Orifice. So, when his mind is completely lucid, his Immortal Orifice produces Immortal Essence. When his mind is foggy, what it produces are Yuan Stones imbued with Heaven's Will."

Medicine Emperor finally understood everything.

The Primordial Qi Child was far too special. Through his extraordinarily unique body, Primordial Origin Immortal Venerable had obtained Yuan Stones. But Primordial Origin Immortal Venerable only distributed Sixth Transformation Yuan Stones externally.

However, after the Primordial Qi Child died, even though Star Constellation Immortal Venerable merged herself with the Dao and could alter Heaven's Will, she too had her limits and could not completely replace it. Therefore, Heavenly Court could only produce Sixth Transformation Yuan Stones.

Fei Wu continued: "Back then, I discovered the Primordial Qi Child by chance in the forbidden zone. He was in a state of mental confusion, buried deep underground, unable to move. I tried to communicate with him, but he spoke incoherently, answering questions that were never asked, filled with hatred toward the two Heavenly Court Venerables, constantly cursing them. Over time, through accumulated observations and a mix of deduction and speculation, I determined many of the truths."

"I mobilized the entire Fei Clan, seeking to capture the Primordial Qi Child. We spent immortal materials, refined our killer move, and plotted to control him. But when we were prepared and entered the forbidden zone to execute our plan, it turned out the Primordial Qi Child had been hiding his lucidity. We could no longer back down and had to press on. The Fei Clan perished, but the Primordial Qi Child was also caught by our clan's methods and imprisoned!"

"If nothing has gone wrong, he should still be concealed at the original location. All you need, Honorific Ancestor, is to collect him."

Giant Sun Immortal Venerable nodded and immediately brought Fei Wu to the Azure Ring Forbidden Zone.

Northern Plains had ten great forbidden zones, harboring countless tribes of Desolate Beasts. Primordial Desolate Beasts and Primordial Desolate Plants were not uncommon within them.

Super forces had the capability to explore and develop them, but one misstep could trigger a terrifying beast tide. The Fei Clan was a prime example of failed forbidden zone exploration.

The Azure Ring Forbidden Zone was filled with towering ancient trees. From the outer edge to the core, there were over a dozen rings.

With each ring deeper, the environment grew several times more perilous.

The Primordial Qi Child was hidden within the sixth ring.

With Giant Sun Immortal Venerable personally taking action, reaching it was naturally effortless. Fei Wu had just been reborn and had no Gu Insects whatsoever, but he could still serve as a guide.

Facing his own venerable ancestor, he held nothing back, revealing everything.

After a brief period of deduction, Giant Sun Immortal Venerable devised a modified Luck Path killer move. Activating this move triggered the formations the Fei Clan had once set up.

Parting the layers of restrictions, Giant Sun Immortal Venerable retrieved a pitch-black orb from deep underground.

The black orb was as large as an elephant, its surface smooth, its aura deeply restrained within.

"This is the result of our entire Fei Clan's efforts — even a Primordial legend would be sealed by our clan!" Fei Wu, upon seeing the Qi Child once more, was overcome with emotion.

His grand ambitions had come to nothing, the Fei Clan had perished, but fortunately he had been resurrected. All his efforts in life had helped his ancestor — none of it was in vain!

Giant Sun Immortal Venerable pondered for a while and, combining this with Fei Wu's intelligence, thoroughly probed the Qi Child's true nature.

The Primordial Qi Child was simply a mass of Primordial Qi. Only when his mind was fully restored would he take on a human form — vivid and lifelike, virtually indistinguishable from an ordinary person.

But when he failed to harmonize the three Qi and they fell into chaos, he was nothing more than a mass of Primordial Qi.

When Heavenly Qi was abundant, he floated upward. When Earthly Qi predominated, he sank deep underground.

During the Fei Clan's final confrontation with him, he had not fully recovered his sanity and could not unleash his full power.

Fei Wu and his companions had indeed been well-prepared. Their deduced killer move was particularly effective against the Primordial Qi Child, and so they ultimately succeeded in imprisoning him.

Although Fei Wu was only at the Seventh Transformation, the Fei Clan had once produced multiple Eighth Transformation experts, possessed an Immortal Gu House, and held the resources of a super force. Of course, the most crucial factor was that the Primordial Qi Child lacked sanity, causing his strength to plummet.

Once devoid of sanity, even a Devil Venerable like Spectral Soul could not have restrained Purple Violet Fairy and Shadow Extinction.

Time had passed like the shifting of seas into fields, and by now, the power of the Fei Clan's sealing killer move had grown extremely weak, nearly reaching its limit.

However, even if the Qi Child regained his freedom, given his current state, he would remain in place, without any lucid rationality.
