While the outside world buzzed with discussions about Zero Wing claiming the First Clear of the Crow God Ruins, Shi Feng was still sorting through the loot dropped by the Azure Fire Crow King.
System: First Hell Difficulty clear of the Crow God Ruins. Drop rates increased by 100%.
Originally, using Divine Blessing to slay the Azure Fire Crow King would have yielded plenty of good items. Now, with drop rates boosted by 100%, items littered the ground—a quick glance revealed more than thirty in total. Though most were rare crafting materials.
"Is this what Hell Difficulty drops look like in a large-scale raid dungeon?" Hei Zi's jaw dropped, his eyes gleaming.
Although Shi Feng hadn't appraised them yet, the sleek designs and intricate magical runes alone told him these weapons and equipment were anything but ordinary—far beyond anything at Mythril Rank.
Moreover, the Azure Fire Crow King was a Level 30 Great Lord, and all the weapons and equipment it dropped were Level 30. For members still wearing Level 25 gear, this was an enormous temptation.
Level 30 weapons and equipment? The guild had plenty of those. After all, most core raid members were already around Level 29 and 30, ready to run six-man dungeons as well as ten-man and twenty-man raids at Level 30.
The problem was that the equipment quality from those dungeons was mediocre—mostly Bronze Rank and Iron Rank, with Mythril Rank items being rare. Remember, every five levels of equipment roughly equated to one rank upgrade in quality. Wearing Level 30 Gold-grade equipment would be equivalent to Level 25 Dark Gold gear.
And wearing Level 30 Dark Gold equipment? That would be comparable to Level 25 gear with base stats approaching Epic quality.
Right now, every major guild's best equipment was Level 25 Gold-grade, with very little Dark Gold. There were also a few Level 30 Mythril Rank pieces and the occasional Gold-grade drop. If someone obtained Level 30 Dark Gold equipment right now, it would absolutely be the top-tier gear short of Epic equipment and Tier 1 sets.
Player skill mattered immensely. But base stats were equally critical.
With a Great Lord boss taken down and drops boosted by 100%, a few pieces of Level 30 Dark Gold equipment was perfectly expected.
After storing all the loot, Shi Feng began appraising each piece one by one. Meanwhile, Shuise Qiangwei distributed guild contribution points to those who had participated in the boss fight. Any equipment that dropped in the dungeon could be purchased first by participating members using their contribution points. Only after no one wanted it would it be placed in the guild vault with a reasonable markup for other members to exchange.
Clearing a Great Lord boss meant a substantial boost in everyone's contribution points. But right now, nobody cared about that—all eyes were on Shi Feng, each person steeling themselves for a hefty bid.
As far as Hell Difficulty drops in a large-scale raid dungeon went, only a handful of players in the core raid team didn't really need them—players like Huowu, Shuise Qiangwei, Ziyan Liuyun, Ke Le, Ye Wumian, Hei Zi, and Didiao Beifeng. Everyone else's equipment fell far short by comparison, since those players had been equipped by Shi Feng with Tier 1 sets—the best gear available to Tier 1 classes, second only to Epic sets.
They wouldn't need to replace their equipment until they advanced to Tier 2 classes, unless they somehow got their hands on Epic gear.
Before long, Shi Feng finished appraising everything.
Thirty-three items in total, nineteen of which were materials. Eight Magic Crystals, Hundred Beast Wood for constructing beast enclosures, Magic Source Essences for building teleportation arrays—these were all supremely rare materials. Even defeating a Great Lord boss under normal circumstances didn't guarantee a single one. Getting two or three of each was incredibly lucky.
"The perks of a first Hell Difficulty clear are something else. They even cleaned out the Azure Fire Crow King's entire treasury." Shi Feng glanced at the equipment in his backpack and couldn't help but smile.
"Guild Master, what good stuff dropped to make you this happy?" Shuise Qiangwei knew full well that Shi Feng's standards were among the highest in the entire Star Moon Kingdom. If something impressed him, it had to be truly exceptional.
"Yeah, Guild Master, hurry up and share the stats!" Even though Hei Zi already had an Epic-grade staff, he still loved seeing the stats on top-tier weapons and equipment.
