The moment Shi Feng and his four companions appeared on the battlefield, the entire area fell silent. Whether they were the humans or the demons present, every single one of them stared at the five newcomers—some in shock, some in bewilderment, and some in fury.
"Who on earth are they?"
"To emerge from a spatial rift that massive, they can't be ordinary. Could they be guardians from the Sacred Land?"
"But their auras seem awfully weak. Those people are only Tier 3 classes—they can't be guardians from the Sacred Land. And the way they feel… they seem like Blessed…"
The crowd murmured among themselves upon witnessing the sudden arrival of Shi Feng and the others. They had initially harbored a glimmer of hope, but the moment they sensed the faint auras emanating from the group, despair set in once more.
The golden-haired, crimson-eyed female knight, barely managing to stand, cast her blurred gaze toward Shi Feng's group. Even she was visibly taken aback by their sudden appearance.
"Blessed of the human race?" The Great Demon Nemencaro looked at Shi Feng and his companions, his mind reeling with disbelief. "How is that possible?!"
Nemencaro wasn't the least bit surprised by the existence of human Blessed. What truly stunned him was the spatial rift that had torn across the sky—that kind of power was extraordinary. Even he would perish instantly if he were careless enough to be caught in it. Yet these people had simply walked right out of it…
But compared to the humans and demons on the battlefield, the ones who were truly shocked were Shi Feng and his own group.
"How can this be?" Shi Feng stared at certain figures among the crowd, his heart thundering with astonishment. "Why are there players here?"
Among the assembled crowd, beyond the numerous NPCs, there was a sizable number of players—and their levels were remarkably high. Every single one of them was at least Level 128, with no shortage of those above Level 130.
As for their arrival in the Divine Realm of antiquity, Shi Feng was now absolutely certain.
The environment here was entirely different from the Divine Realm continent or any of the planar worlds he knew. The NPCs' attire was clearly distinct from those in the present-day Divine Realm, and their weapons and equipment were far superior.
In the current Divine Realm, NPCs primarily carried Epic-grade gear, with only rare fragments of Legendary items—because even for powerful NPCs, such things were exceedingly scarce and precious.
But the NPCs here? Their equipment was dazzling. Every single person possessed at least one or two Legendary-grade item fragments. The leading female knight, in particular, wore a complete set of Legendary-grade item fragments. Though the sword she held wasn't a Legendary weapon itself, it was almost certainly an exceptional fragment.
What was even more unbelievable was that among these people, Shi Feng spotted someone he recognized.
It was none other than Yuluo—the captain of the Azure Blade adventurer team from Dragonheart Island. Yet the Yuluo standing before him now was virtually unrecognizable compared to the one he had met on Dragonheart Island.
Not only had her level reached 129, but her equipment was staggeringly high-quality. Though not a matched set, it was genuine Epic-grade gear from head to toe…
Yet the Yuluo before him now looked far more haggard than before, completely devoid of the poise and spirit befitting a top-tier expert.
"Guild Leader Black Flame?!"
At that moment, Yuluo, standing amid the crowd, caught sight of the man leading the five who had descended—none other than the guild leader of Zero Wing, Black Flame, whom she had met once before. Her originally downcast expression brightened considerably.
"Yuluo, do you know them?" Beside her, a Level 131 female Oracle dressed in a white gown and wearing a Priest's white hat asked curiously.
"I do. And he's from the same place I came from." Yuluo nodded, her voice tinged with excitement.
"The same place?" The female Oracle studied Shi Feng and his companions, noting that their levels were considerably lower. Indeed, they bore a striking resemblance to Yuluo—especially that sense of being entirely out of place among the other Divine Realm players. It was almost identical. She shook her head. "What a shame. His luck must be terrible to have been teleported here."
At those words, Yuluo seemed to recall something, and her heart went cold.
The joy that had flickered across her face vanished without a trace…
For Divine Realm players who died here, the consequences were nothing like the mere one-level penalty back in the main Divine Realm. Here, a player's death meant losing two or more levels, and their spirit would suffer severe shock, leaving them in a weakened state. In serious cases, they could even lose fragments of their memories. Even resurrection spells could only reduce the experience loss—they couldn't restore what was lost.
Moreover, resurrection here was random. Players would respawn at the Temple of Life in one of the human capital cities, not at the exact spot where they had fallen.
