Lost Town. The Transcendent Tower.
A streak of white light swept across the Zero Wing residence, and Miao Wuyin appeared in the residence plaza, her face filled with worry.
She was currently just half a step away from the Realm of Void — the state where one could perceive all movement within their range. It wasn't impossible for her to grasp it in a short time, since sometimes a flash of inspiration could lead to understanding. Given her current state, her body control and the acuteness of her five senses had been honed to their limits; a single battle might be enough for a breakthrough.
But even if she did break through and reached the Realm of Void before the family competition, she would still lag far behind the fighting geniuses of her family.
She really couldn't understand why Shi Feng had suddenly told her to come to Lost Town for training. She had been here more than once and knew the Transcendent Tower was formidable — it had even helped her gain entry into the Realm of Reason. But taking the next step was equally difficult, perhaps even harder than reaching the Realm of Void.
"Hmm, this place…"
However, before Miao Wuyin could take a single step away from the teleportation magic circle, she was stunned by the sight before her eyes.
In the Zero Wing residence and on the streets outside, numerous Zero Wing members were fighting against translucent phantoms, and the battles were extraordinarily intense — some had even been killed. As for the Zero Wing members watching from the sidelines, their faces were filled with envy…
But that wasn't even the most shocking part.
What truly astonished Miao Wuyin was that the magic power throughout all of Lost Town was extraordinarily thin — so thin that she couldn't draw upon the ambient magic at all. But conversely, her perception of her own magic power had become remarkably clearer, allowing her to control her internal magic more effectively. Moreover, unlike when one was in a low-magic environment in the outside world, her mind felt perfectly clear.
She wasn't a fool when it came to this sort of thing.
Right now, the major powers in the Divine Realm all had Tier 3 experts striving to unlock the Magic Body, but perceiving one's own magic power was incredibly difficult, let alone channeling it or wielding it with any sophistication.
Yet in Lost Town, perceiving one's own magic power was well within reach — and that would prove invaluable for unlocking the Magic Body later on.
Still, Miao Wuyin shook her head.
The training environment in Lost Town had indeed improved significantly, but she only had six days. Subtracting one day for the journey to the Western Continent, her actual available time was just five days. The environment would certainly help with unlocking the Magic Body, but it wasn't something that could be accomplished in a mere five days.
Yet once Miao Wuyin entered the Transcendent Tower, she was completely dumbfounded.
If Lost Town was already a rare treasure trove for training, then the interior of the Transcendent Tower was nothing short of a holy ground. Especially when it came to the control of magic power — she could actually perceive the operational rules of magical elements with far greater clarity. This was something absolutely impossible in the outside world, something she wouldn't even dare to imagine.
"How is it? Do you feel confident about unlocking the Magic Body before the family competition now?" Shi Feng asked with a smile, watching Miao Wuyin who was still lost in her shock.
In the Divine Realm, there were many ways to increase one's combat power. Once one reached Tier 3, mastering magic control was a path no less important than improving one's fighting ability.
"Will I be training in here the whole time?" Miao Wuyin couldn't help but ask.
Even though she had entered the Transcendent Tower more than once, the changes were simply too drastic. It was hard to imagine that such a holy ground could sustain continuous training — after all, the training environment here was too extraordinary, and there was no way it didn't come at a tremendous cost.
"Of course," Shi Feng said with a smile, nodding.
