"Holy crap! Isn't that beauty Fitehaliya, the commander of Divine Will Tribe?"
"Looks like there's going to be a fight again!"
"Not just a fight — in a little while, there's definitely going to be a massive battle. I can't believe our luck; we get to watch it live."
There was no shortage of experts and well-informed players among those present. Most of them knew at least something about the various superpowers competing for control of Star Shine Fortress. Now that Illusion Mythic had come looking for trouble of their own accord, a major clash was inevitable — though none of them expected it to happen so soon.
Battles between top players, especially clashes between superpowers and mega guilds, were among the rarest learning opportunities in the Divine Realm. Watching with your own eyes delivered far more than any combat video posted online.
That was exactly why tickets to the various faction battles held in the Dark Arena were impossible to get. Without connections, you couldn't even get in.
But compared to the battle about to unfold here, the fights in the Dark Arena were a class apart.
In the Dark Arena, the various factions never went all out. Now, however, things were different. With control of Star Shine Fortress on the line, both sides would be fighting tooth and nail, giving it everything they had.
While the players in the bar were buzzing with excitement, the Illusion Mythic members' gazes toward Shi Feng turned ice-cold, each one stirring with restless intent.
This gave Fitehaliya, who had just walked in, a splitting headache.
She had originally suggested waiting until their full force had gathered before coming over, but Shi Feng had moved without a single word of debate. As the holder of the Lord's Token, if anything happened to him, the defensive pressure on Star Shine Fortress would spike dramatically.
After all, a massive number of top experts from various superpowers had already trickled into Star Shine Fortress. If it suddenly became a leaderless zone, it would absolutely trigger chaos — and even her Divine Will Tribe would be powerless to contain it.
In the end, she had no choice but to follow Shi Feng to the Star Shine Bar ahead of schedule.
And yet, Shi Feng — without waiting for their experts to assemble — was about to provoke a confrontation right then and there.
Over thirty top-tier experts!
And not ordinary top-tier experts, either. Every one of them could completely suppress their aura, and each moved with terrifying speed. If a fight broke out right now, the consequences would be catastrophic.
"You've got some nerve, kid!" the young assassin wielding a pair of short swords said coldly at Shi Feng's provocation. "In that case, let me see if you've got the skill to back it up!"
With that, the young assassin stepped forward — only for the silver-haired young man beside him to reach out and stop him.
"Commander?" The young assassin looked at his commander, confusion written all over his face.
The silver-haired young man offered no explanation. Instead, he turned toward Shi Feng in the distance with a smile on his face.
"So you're Black Flame, the guild master of
"So he's the one who made Vice Master Cold Light's plan fail."
"No wonder he was so bold before."
"But he really has guts — coming with only one person. Is he planning to surrender?"
The moment the silver-haired young man spoke, the Illusion Mythic members all clicked into place. Their objective this time was to locate Shi Feng, speak with him directly, and see what choice he would make.
"Since Commander Fitehaliya is here, I trust she has relayed my previous words. Has Guild Master Black Flame given it any thought?" The silver-haired young man glanced at Fitehaliya, then quickly shifted his gaze to Shi Feng, asking in an unhurried tone.
He already had a clear picture of Fitehaliya and her people's strength from their earlier clash. They were absolute monsters, and the guard squad under her command consisted entirely of top-tier experts — more than capable of handling a hundred-man squad of Tier 3 players.
Unfortunately for Fitehaliya, she was facing them. In the face of absolute speed, she could at most hold back three or four of them at a time. Against a coordinated attack by more than ten, she would fall just the same.
The only complication was the Hell Legion from the Netherworld Empire — nearly three hundred Tier 3 experts. That many Tier 3s was not a number even they could afford to underestimate. But if they truly made a scene, the Hell Legion wouldn't be able to stop them either.
"No need to think it over," Shi Feng said, his voice perfectly calm as he regarded Blesshote, the Silver Battle Demon. "Zero Wing took Star Shine Fortress, so we naturally have every confidence in holding it. If you want a fight, then bring it on."
"What a pity," Blesshote sighed.
"Commander, why waste your breath on him?" The young assassin gripping his twin short swords looked at Shi Feng with a cold smirk. "Just let our squad handle him. Otherwise, he might actually start thinking Illusion Mythic can't do a thing about him!"
