At that moment, it wasn't just Infernal Roar who was stunned. The members of the Infernal Legion resting nearby were all frozen in disbelief.
Nearly a thousand Earth Giants roamed the area around the tunnel. The weakest among them were Level 109 High Lords, and among them were over a hundred Great Lord-tier Earth Giants. If a team of even a hundred Tier 3 players were surrounded by them, being wiped out would be child's play.
The actions of these Earth Giants were completely unaffected by the gravity of the Tomb of Stars. Neither their movement speed nor their attack speed could be compared to what the Tier 3 players entering the Tomb of Stars were capable of.
These Tier 3 players could only rely on their decent stats to tank hits head-on and use minimal movement to evade the Earth Giants' attacks.
When facing the Earth Giants' attacks, handling three or four at once was already the absolute limit. If a group of Earth Giants swarmed you, no amount of skill could save you.
After all, two fists were no match for four hands, and on top of that, they were significantly slower.
Yet Yan Tianxing and the others had charged straight into the monster horde without a second word…
Just as Infernal Roar snapped out of his stupor and was about to shout for Shi Feng to stop Yan Tianxing and the others from their reckless move, the scene before them left every member of the Infernal Legion completely dumbfounded.
Because the speed of Yan Tianxing, Fire Dance, Watercolor Rose, Ziyan Liuyun, and Ilofei was simply too fast.
A distance of several hundred yards had separated them from the monsters, yet under the extreme gravity of the Tomb of Stars, the five of them blurred into afterimages and crashed into the monster horde in less than five or six seconds…
"How is that possible?!"
"How can they be so fast?"
"Is this a bug?"
The members of the Infernal Legion stared at Yan Tianxing and the others, their eyes filled with shock and confusion.
They were all the same Tier 3 Classes. Even if Yan Tianxing and his group had stronger stats than them, that shouldn't translate into such an overwhelming difference. Gravity was supposed to crush speed — no mere two- or three-fold increase in base stats could produce velocity like that.
They even suspected that even if someone reached Tier 4, their speed in here probably wouldn't be much better — maybe on par with a Tier 2 Class at best.
Yet Yan Tianxing and the others were moving as if the outside world's rules still applied to them.
It was absolutely inconceivable!
"Wait — why is the Mana around them so dense?" Infernal Roar stared intently at Yan Tianxing and the others, and a thought suddenly struck him — one so implausible that even he found it hard to believe. "Could their Mana Body be unlocked?"
The moment the idea surfaced, Infernal Roar almost laughed at how absurd it sounded.
Currently, among the top experts of every major superpower, forget about fully unlocking their Mana Body — there were hardly even a handful who could exert basic control over it.
Even the members of the Infernal Legion had only managed a maximum unlock of about 20% so far. Reaching 100% was still a long road away.
And the time required could easily stretch to one or two months — or even four or five — before the Mana Body could be fully unlocked, because unlocking it was not something that could be accomplished overnight. It demanded that players continuously explore and master their own Mana Bodies.
It was a process of going from nothing to something, and as such it was inherently slow. You couldn't rush it even if you wanted to.
Yet the Mana surrounding Yan Tianxing and the others right now was so extraordinarily dense and unique that it defied explanation.
Earlier, Yan Tianxing and the others hadn't participated in any combat, and the Mana around them hadn't been particularly noticeable. Infernal Roar had simply assumed they were carrying some special weapons or equipment that enriched the Mana around their bodies.
But now, the moment combat began, the Mana around them had intensified even further — and it wasn't the kind that absorbed ambient Mana to increase its density. It felt as though their very bodies were the source of Mana itself.
However, before Infernal Roar could abandon this outrageous thought, Yan Tianxing and the others had already arrived in front of five High Great Lord-tier Earth Giants.
Earth Leader, Elemental Creature, High Great Lord, Level 112, HP: 330 million.
The Leader of the Earth Giants was a terrifyingly difficult monster to deal with even outside the Tomb of Stars. Elemental Creatures possessed naturally high magic resistance against all manner of spells, and being composed of solid rock, their defense rivaled that of the pseudo-dragon species — on top of having massive health pools.
Even a hundred-man team with twenty or thirty Tier 3 players would find it extremely difficult to handle.
And a hundred-man team that could field twenty or thirty Tier 3 players was invariably a first-rate force within the Divine Realm. Ordinary powers simply didn't have the capability to assemble one.
