The moment Shi Feng stepped through the temple gates, it was as though he had entered another world.
An azure sky stretched overhead, and an endless sea of flowers spread out before him. Just standing there filled him with an indescribable sense of bliss. Not far from the flower field stood countless tombstones and statues.
Each tombstone bore the deeds of those interred beneath it. A closer look revealed that every single one of them had been a powerhouse in the Divine Realm — some were even heroes — and all of them had died on the same day.
"A resting place built by the Sea God?"
Shi Feng studied the tombstones and statues, sensing a faint divine aura emanating from them. If they hadn't been crafted by a deity, they couldn't possibly carry the scent of divinity. After all, imbuing an object with divine aura wasn't something that could be achieved through a simple touch — it required prolonged contact.
While Shi Feng was examining his surroundings, Mo Qiubai and the others caught up to him.
"Elder Nightwind, Zero Wing really has been hiding its depths well enough. If the War Blood and Star Ring people found out about this, they'd probably get quite the shock." Mo Qiubai looked at Shi Feng with undisguised admiration.
He had long known that Shi Feng's strength was extraordinary, but he hadn't expected it to be this absurd.
To have already advanced to Tier 3 Sword King at this stage was, without question, a tremendous deterrent to every major power currently active.
No one could guarantee that if they pushed Zero Wing too far, Shi Feng wouldn't invest considerable time specifically targeting them — assassinating guild leaders and core experts. After all, facing the combat power of a Tier 3 Sword King, very few people in the entire Divine Realm could confidently say they'd be safe.
And the fact that Zero Wing also possessed a flying ship and occupied a medium fortress on Dragonheart Island made Mo Qiubai genuinely interested in the guild. He no longer viewed Zero Wing as merely a quasi-superpower, but rather as an equal to Giant's Heart.
Standing off to the side, Lin Ya looked at Shi Feng with a mixture of faint awe and grinding resentment. She couldn't shake the feeling that he had toyed with her.
Here was a perfectly good Tier 3 powerhouse who had chosen to hide his strength. Hiding it was one thing, but then deliberately revealing it afterward — it felt like he had been treating them all like fools. And yet, there was absolutely nothing she could do about it.
What Lin Ya didn't know was that if the Ocean Boundary Stones hadn't been so critically important to Zero Wing, Shi Feng wouldn't have bothered getting involved at all. He would have simply stayed behind, rested in peace, and collected the Ocean Boundary Stones once the quest was complete.
And with just a casual display, he had earned two more Ocean Boundary Stones — equivalent to a piece of Epic-grade equipment above Level 100. Only a fool would turn down a deal like that.
"Brother Nightwind, you truly are full of hidden depths. I admit defeat this time. As per our agreement, the two Ocean Boundary Stones Mo Qiubai gave me are yours." Yusheng Momo proved himself quite capable of adapting to circumstances, conceding outright.
No one present found this the least bit surprising. While Yusheng Momo was a direct descendant of the Sea God and could fight Tier 3 Classes in the Sea God's World, there was a vast difference even among Tier 3 combatants. Yusheng Momo might still be able to handle an ordinary Tier 3 expert, but against Shi Feng — a Tier 3 Sword King who had subdued two stone wall giants — that was nothing short of a joke.
Unless Yusheng Momo advanced to Tier 3 himself. But advancing to Tier 3 was incredibly difficult, and even if he succeeded, it would be a long time from now. For the time being, facing Shi Feng the Tier 3 Sword King didn't feel much different from facing any other Tier 2 Class.
Shi Feng had never particularly cared about the matter, and gaining two more Ocean Boundary Stones on top of everything was pure profit.
A single quest run like this had netted him nine Ocean Boundary Stones total — an enormous haul. Compared to other powers, Zero Wing already enjoyed a significant advantage when it came to learning combat techniques.
That advantage was the Tower of Transcendence!
The deeper one's mastery of the Realm of Logic, the greater the assistance in learning combat techniques. As long as one reached the Foundation level, even an expert at the Realm of Flowing Water had a considerable chance of mastering a Bronze Rank combat technique. Even if the technique couldn't be wielded at full power, simply possessing a Bronze Rank combat technique represented a massive boost in combat strength.
When a batch of experts who had mastered Bronze Rank combat techniques emerged within the guild, it would be an enormous help in stabilizing Zero Wing's various branch locations.
"Vice President Mo, what do we do next?" Shi Feng swept his gaze across the surrounding sea of flowers and couldn't help but ask Mo Qiubai.
