Fifteen Tier 4 Legendary combatants were suppressed by Shi Feng as easily as infants — they couldn't even lay a finger on him. The sight left everyone present shaken to their core, a deep sense of dread creeping into their hearts.
Everyone present already understood how powerful Tier 4 Classes were, and they knew none of them could do a thing against Shi Feng.
But who could have imagined he'd be this terrifying?
Under normal circumstances, a Tier 4 Class's combat power wasn't all that much higher than a Legendary monster of the same level. Once monsters reached Tier 4, their combat aptitude was already quite formidable, and coupled with their innate attribute advantages, a player of the same level could only hold a slight edge at best — and would struggle greatly against three or four at once.
Yet Shi Feng had single-handedly suppressed fifteen Legendary combatants. It was simply unfathomable!
For everyone's astonishment, Shi Feng felt nothing of the sort. To him, it was only natural.
The Demon God's Phantom was an effect that required a Seven Luminaries Crystal to activate and could only be used once per day. It lasted a mere four hours, but within that time it forcibly elevated a player by two full Tiers, granting them combat power up to the peak of Tier 4. Their life level could be raised to a point approaching that of an Ancient Demon.
However, due to his current Tier and life level, the Demon God's Phantom only brought him to the upper echelon of Tier 4 — still a fair ways from the ability's true peak. Generally speaking, only a player at Tier 3 could draw out the Demon God's Phantom's full potential.
But even so, dealing with the fifteen Legendary combatants before him was more than enough.
The Divine Realm had only recently opened. There wasn't even a single Tier 3 player yet, let alone anyone who understood what lay beyond Tier 3 — much less Tier 4.
Even ten years in the future, Tier 4 Classes would still represent the absolute pinnacle of power in the Divine Realm. Ordinary second-rate guilds didn't even have a single Tier 4 Class to anchor them. Within first-rate guilds, Tier 4 players were unquestionably upper management — the kind of existence entrusted with guarding an entire town on neutral territory. That alone spoke volumes about how precious and powerful a Tier 4 Class truly was.
Once you reached Tier 4, every sub-tier represented a completely different realm of power, with staggering gaps between each level. It was like the difference between an ordinary monster and an Ancient Demon of the same level.
This was precisely why every major power fought tooth and nail to cultivate top-tier experts.
Right now, the various superpowers could summon no shortage of Tier 4 combatants, but not a single one reached even the mid-tier of Tier 4. They were all early Tier 4 — and against a upper Tier 4 opponent, what chance did they stand?
In terms of pure combat power, Shi Feng was only slightly weaker than Morfens at his peak. Destroying fifteen early Legendary combatants was hardly a challenge, and these monsters were only around Level 80 — nowhere near comparable to early Legendary monsters above Level 100.
Time was limited, and Shi Feng had no intention of dragging things out. He launched his assault directly on one of the Legendary monsters. At Tier 4, each sub-tier was a world apart, and an early Tier 4 combatant had absolutely no resistance before him. A single casual swing of his sword drained the Legendary monster's HP at a visible rate.
In mere moments, the Tier 4 Legendary monster's health had dropped by over 20%. Finishing it off would likely take less than a minute.
"So Zero Wing really is about to rise."
From a distance, Phantom Words watched the Legendary monster's plummeting health bar, a complex mix of admiration and regret flickering in her eyes.
Fifteen Tier 4 Legendary combatants!
For any superpower in existence right now, that would be a catastrophe. But as things stood, for Stone Forest City, it wasn't even a threat — let alone a disaster.
Any superpower that had designs on Stone Forest City had just been rendered impossible.
With Stone Forest City under their belt, the resources and capital that had been strangling Zero Wing's growth were no longer an issue.
If Crimson Emperor had gone to negotiate with Zero Wing before Morfens died — even if they couldn't have secured a stake in Stone Forest City — they could at least have locked in some favorable terms and shop spaces. Now, they would get nothing.
On the other hand, factions that had always maintained close ties with Zero Wing were in for a stroke of luck. Especially the half-dead War Spirit — with Stone Forest City's support, there was no reason they couldn't eventually stand as equals to Star Ring in the Night Empire.
"Fall back! Everyone, retreat immediately!"
Watching the Legendary monster on the verge of annihilation, the leaders of every major superpower issued the same order almost simultaneously. Not a single one dared stay a moment longer.
If a Tier 4 Legendary monster could get beaten like this, then killing them would be even easier.
Now was their only chance — while Shi Feng was occupied keeping the Legendary monsters busy and couldn't turn his attention elsewhere. Once all the Legendary monsters were taken down, they wouldn't be able to escape even if they wanted to.
